Upmarket residential housing complex, Umthunzi, in Kyalami Johannesburg recently chose Turnstar for a physical access control solution. In total, 4 Velocity Raptor spike barriers were installed, each fitted with the ultra-bright OPTIC LED barrier arm. The barriers offer high speed operation combined with a number of features including collision auto-reverse, battery backup and manual override. For pedestrian access, the TITAN 4 single turnstile was chosen and was supplied with biometric reader mounting brackets.
