Turnstar recently designed and manufactured a special manual hand operated spike system. Two 3m spike barriers were purchased, each fitted with spikes embedded in a steel speed bump. The spikes are raised and lowered by means of a cleverly recessed and lockable handle. Manufactured from hot dip galvanized steel, the spike system is anticipated to provide many years of excellent service.
